Messages and automated acknowledgements are provided for inquiry handling. Product suitability, pricing, delivery, warranty, certification and contractual commitments are valid only when confirmed by an authorized FLESSMART representative in a written quotation or agreement.

You must not use our channels to send unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or malicious content, or to interfere with the service or another person's rights.
4. Intellectual property
FLESSMART names, logos, website material and product content are owned by Shanghai FlessTech Co., Ltd. or used with permission. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the service for legitimate business inquiries.
5. Availability and third-party platforms
The service may depend on Meta, Cloudflare, Feishu and other providers. We may change, suspend or discontinue features when necessary and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.
6. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website and messaging workflow are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
