Request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject “FLESSMART data deletion request”. Include the Facebook or Instagram username used to contact us, the approximate date of the interaction and enough information for us to locate the record. Do not send your password.
Verification and completion
We may ask for reasonable verification to avoid deleting another person's information. After verification, we will delete or irreversibly redact the relevant message content and associated identifiers from systems under our control, normally within 30 days, unless retention is required by law, security needs, an active transaction or a dispute.
Platform data
This request covers copies processed by FLESSMART. To delete content retained by Facebook or Instagram, use the privacy and account controls provided by Meta.
