1. Who we are
FLESSMART is operated by Shanghai FlessTech Co., Ltd. This policy applies to this website and to the FLESSMART Social integration used to receive and manage business inquiries from Facebook and Instagram.
2. Information we process
When you contact FLESSMART, comment on our business content or submit a website inquiry, we may process:
- Your name, username or platform identifier.
- The message, comment, attachment reference and related post or conversation context you choose to send.
- Contact and company details you submit through our inquiry form.
- Technical records needed for security, delivery, troubleshooting and duplicate-event prevention.
We do not use this integration to collect passwords, payment-card details or private information that you have not chosen to send to our business account.
3. Why we process information
- To receive, organize and respond to product, service and partnership inquiries.
- To notify authorized FLESSMART personnel of new customer messages or comments.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot message delivery.
- To meet legal obligations and document business communications when required.
4. Service providers and access
Information is available only to authorized FLESSMART personnel and service providers supporting the workflow. These currently include Meta for Facebook and Instagram delivery, Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and Feishu for internal notification and inquiry handling. They process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection commitments.
5. Retention
Message content is retained for up to 180 days and then removed or redacted unless a longer period is required for an active customer relationship, legal obligation or dispute. Private media is retained for up to 30 days. Security and audit records may be retained for up to 365 days.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with your interaction. You may also stop communicating with our business accounts at any time. Platform-level controls remain available through Facebook and Instagram.
